This Payment Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.  Please read this Payment Policy carefully, as it sets out additional terms that apply to you when you make any payments through our Platform.

This Payment Policy uses terms defined in, and should be read alongside the Terms of Use.

  1. Purchases by Members
    1. Billing for Premium Activities. If you previously registered for and set up a Member Account, the first time that you attempt to view Subscription Content, Locked Content, or interacting via Prompts (collectively, the “Premium Activities”), you will be prompted to add your payment card and billing details to your Member Account. Following addition of your payment card and billing details, your card will be charged the amount corresponding to the Premium Activities you purchased and you will be able to engage with your selected Premium Activities by clicking the “Premium” button on the payment card page. Any User who has not yet set up a Member Account will be prompted to create a Member Account prior to inputting any payment card or other billing details
    2. Authorization. We use third party providers to process any payments you make through the Platform. You hereby authorize us to supply your payment card details to a third-party payment provider for the purpose of processing your payments.
    3. Currency. All payments by Members will be charged in US Dollars. If your payment card was issued by a bank or other entity that is outside the US or if that card’s currency is not US Dollars, your payment card provider will convert the payment into your local currency and may charge you currency conversion fees. Please refer to your payment card provider’s terms for information about their exchange rates and any fees they apply for international payments. We do not have control over currency exchange rates or charges imposed by your payment card provider or bank and we are not responsible for paying any charges or fees imposed by your payment card provider or bank.
    4. Card Information Storage by Payment Processor. Our payment processor may store your payment card information for future transactions. Please refer to our payment processor’s privacy notice at
    5. Subscription; Subscription Fees. STXT may make certain Content available through the Platform on an automatically renewing subscription basis (a “Subscription”). When you purchase a Subscription, we will display to you the amount you will be charged each month in respect of the Subscription (the “Subscription Fee”) at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We will also send you a confirmation email with the terms of your Subscription, including the Subscription Fee you will be charged each month and how you can cancel your Subscription. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW (“AUTO-RENEW”) EACH MONTH UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU DISABLE AUTO-RENEW OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES IDENTIFIED IN SECTION f OF THIS PAYMENT POLICY.
    6. Automatic Billing and Policies.
      1. All Subscriptions to Subscription Content will Auto-Renew at the end of the monthly subscription period, except if your payment card was declined, or if you have disabled Auto-Renew of your Subscription to Subscription Content prior to the end of the then-current Subscription period. This means that if you want to stop subscribing to Subscription Content and paying continuing monthly Subscription charges, you will need to disable Auto-Renew of your Subscription to Subscription Content on your own time, which can be done here: https://app.stxt.ai. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION TERM IDENTIFIED IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER FOR SUBSEQUENT TERMS EQUAL IN LENGTH TO THAT INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM (EACH SUCH PERIOD, A “SUBSCRIPTION TERM”) UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU DISABLE AUTO-RENEW FOR THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AUTO-RENEW DISABLING PROCEDURES SET FORTH HEREIN. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO DISABLE AUTO-RENEW, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND THE CORRESPONDING FEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND YOU AUTHORIZE EACH OF STXT AND ITS PAYMENT PROCESSOR (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO CHARGE YOU THE APPLICABLE FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, USING ANY OF YOUR PAYMENT METHODS.
      2. When you enroll in a Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) each of STXT and its payment processor is authorized to charge you, at the beginning of each Subscription Term, the fees for the applicable Subscription, any applicable Taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with such Subscription, subject to adjustment in accordance with our Terms of Use; and (ii) your Subscription is continuous until the earlier of: (A) your disabling of Auto-Renew for such Subscription and (B) the suspension, discontinuation, or termination of your access to such Subscription in accordance with our Terms of Use. You understand and acknowledge that the amounts billed may vary due to changes to fees in accordance with our Payment Policy , and/or changes in applicable Taxes, and you authorize each of STXT and its payment processor to charge the changed amounts to your payment method.
  1. If you disable Auto-Renew of a Subscription, you will continue to be permitted to view the corresponding Subscription Content until the end of the Subscription period in which you chose to disable Auto-Renew, after which no further payments will be taken from your payment card in respect of Subscriptions to Subscription Content, and you will no longer be able to view such Subscription Content. HOWEVER, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY SUCH DISABLING, CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION, ANY CONTENT OR DATA ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT, OR ANYTHING ELSE, AND THAT ANY SUCH REFUNDS OR CREDITS MAY BE GRANTED AT STXT’S SOLE OPTION AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
  2. STXT will alert you of any changes to this Payment Policy and provide you with the opportunity to disable Auto-Renew of your Subscription(s) within three (3) to seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes to this Payment Policy.
  3. Any notice to be given to you under this Payment Policy will be delivered to the email address associated with your Member Account.
